I find sugar free drinks helps me. If im feeling a little hungry as well I normally opt for sugar free lemonade, or red bull. The machines in my gym and MFP are very similar to what my HRM says, give or take 50 calories or so. However, on exercises such as my spinning class, and 30 day shred, I have found a difference. Day 4 complete! The shoulder raise and side lunges are the worst for me! I do the girly push ups, which I dont find too bad, but I cant do the proper ones yet! Hoping that I will be able to once this is all over :)

Finished day 1 and day 2 :) the hardest part of level 1 for me is circuit 3 with the side lunge and shoulder lifts.. I can do about 5 before my shoulders start BURNING! but I guess if we didnt feel the burn then we wouldnt be working hard enough :) see you tomorrow for day 3!

I am starting tomorrow, but I am only going to do level 1 for 4 days ( ive done about 5 days of level 1 so far but over a 2 week period) and level 2 and 3 for 10 days. On the 19th August I am going on a camping holiday so I wont have enough time to fit the whole 30 days in. I am still hoping to see results though!
