I'm away this week so I have no access to scales! I don't think I could've picked a worse week to do this challenge! Hiya! I personally prefer the slim guy, or maybe the middle. I like some muscle on a man but not too much. But dont just take my word for it, you should be working towards the body that YOU want :)

OMG! 2285 calories for a SHRIMP PASTA?? What do they put in it? It kinda puts you off going as you wonder how much fat they must cook with for the calories to be that high!! Ive done 2miles in 21.04, thats with a 1 minute walk in between. My 1 mile time is 10 minutes, although Im hoping to better that every week now. I run with a slight incline on the treadmill too, to burn a few extra calories. I suppose there is no 'good' time to run a mile in, just aim to beat the time every time you do it…

Raisins! - Just one hand full is around 100 calories. I do because I usually go to the gym straight from work from 6:30-7:30 so I eat dinner when I get in. My appetite isnt very big but I dont like eating too late. I didnt realise that you were supposed to eat after working out, I just do it because it convenient.
