Nuts, rice cake snacks(Sweet chili flavor) Thats all I can think of right now. The thing to remember is that you should seperate your portions into baggies if you get a big bag of something because I will continue to eat it if there is more but if there is only a baggie full I'm done.

I recommend going for it. If you enjoy your excercise you are more apt to follow through and continue going. We are all here for encouragement try it and decide if its for you. I do prefer the classes in person rather than the videos I couldn't follow the foot work on the video. In person its usually songs that are common…

I am 27 5' 11" SW:315 CW:310 GW:200 I will then look at where I'm at and decide if I would like to go smaller! I carry my weight very well its distributed throughout so I make like how I look then. That is however smaller then I will have been since before Junior High.
