You're eating 1200 calories a day? That isn't near enough if you want to get lean.

Screw those *****es. I mean they probably have way more self esteem issues than you do because I can't think of any reason why someone would want to do that, obviously you are working towards a change. Just let it motivate you more. It is never appropriate or necessary to call someone fat like that, you can say they have…

I'm the same way right now, I started out a C cup and have now lost about 25 pounds. I'm like barely a B at the moment. I'm not really sure what to do about it, I guess there isn't anything to be done, but I'm tired of feeling bad about it. My boyfriend says it's okay but it doesn't really help anything. I guess it's…

You can do it and still lose weight. Ideally you shouldn't eat junk, but sometimes you have to live and let live. The calorie count means the most, just don't load up on all junk all the time and you should be good.

1. I don't, I pretty much stick to the same route and place whether I'm at school or at home. 2. I try to go early in the morning so not a lot of people are out, just a personal preference. 3. I don't really have a plan, other than look confident and keep running. I don't run at night or on long trails so I don't think it…

Two pounds, which makes no sense because I only ate more than usual one day and it wasn't that extreme. I'm thinking it may be some other kind of change, water, etc. Time will tell.

I ate a BUNCH of food and didn't ever care, because I got P90x for Christmas today. :D

It's good to know the program really works. My only concern right now is that it won't work a lot of my lower body, but I've heard that it does. Clean eating is definitely going to be hard, but I already eat fairly healthy anyway so it might not be too bad. I have a body fat/muscle mass scale so I am really excited to see…

I'm starting P90x on the 31st! I'm super excited about it.

1200 is a really low number and you couldn't expect to keep it that low forever. It's possible that it was so low over time it slowed your metabolism and your body adjusted, hence the plateau and the weight gain after upping it. If I were you I would start lifting weights and eating at least 1500 a day to get your…

I agree, it's definitely more common for people to say someone is "too thin" I have had heavier friends say I am "too thin" when I'm actually right in the middle of normal. "Curves" and fat are very different. it's almost like people are pushing obesity.

I would say getting there. Maintaining is hard, there isn't quite as much motivation, clarity of how to eat, and it's a huge adjustment.

PURE jealousy! Simple as that. Losing weight is never bad ever.

If your boobs are fat they will go away. If they got bigger from birth control and it's the actual boob they won't. I lost 15 pounds and went down a cup size. Such is life. Just work out your chest and make them perky. It feels better to be the natural you, trust me.

To look hot as hell, lol

I take Sundays off, and if I'm feeling particularly run down one week I'll take an extra day off from running, but still do strength training, or vice versa. Mainly push hard, but listen to your body. Just make sure you aren't making excuses and you really do need a day to recoop.
-
Possible yes but unhealthy and you likely won't be losing fat, just water. The acceptable amount to lose is 2 pounds per week max.

All that matters is that you are trying again. Myfitnesspal has helped me tremendously, especially on losing those last five pounds. Just give yourself one cheat day a week and if you mess up, don't give up. Just keep going, you can do it!

Up to two to three pounds more for me, so no worries! Even if you don't feel bloated, always wait until after your period to be sure. :)

I don't get it, because like what some people previously said, whenever I see someone working out I respect them and encourage them at least mentally. You have the balls to be out there. That's ridiculous. Keep going dude.

I'm 18 and I've lost almost 15 pounds in less than a year. It wasn't that hard, you just have to change a few eating HABITS, as in permanent change not a diet, and exercise diligently. I started running on my own, and now I run 14 miles a week and strength train 6 days a week. Start small, and reward yourself. Once a week…

I just used your link for the home body fat test My Tanita says I'm 28% body fat and this one said 19.8% body fat, which one should I believe? 0.o
