I've actually lost 3 lbs. Hoping for a couple more over this weekend!0

I've gained about 8 lbs. over the last month. It's been busy and I'm not proud, but it was fun while it lasted!
Getting ready to start an exercise challenge in January, so that will start the scale moving again. Hoping to hit my goal of 100# in 2013!!
Hope everyone has a happy and healthy New Year!! :drinker:0 -
Up 3 lbs. Back on it today!!!0
-
I think 5 lbs. *shrug* Oh well! Gotta burn, burn, burn!!!0
-
1.5 lb gain from the beginning of December to now. We took a 2 week beach vacation early December and I wasn't logging during that time. I'm happy with that!0
-
Two pounds, which makes no sense because I only ate more than usual one day and it wasn't that extreme. I'm thinking it may be some other kind of change, water, etc. Time will tell.0
-
Only lost about a half a pound. Still 5 lbs short of my New Years goal. Yikes. I only hope the scale here where I'm staying with my fiance's family is a little off so I see a loss on sunday after I get home.0

I actually "got serious" about losing weight after Thanksgiving. Determined NOT to fall into the holiday rut, I challenged myself to lose as much as possible until Christmas, then enjoy Christmas, then back to it. Well, I didn't succumb to the lounge Christmas treats, didn't eat off every cookie tray brought into the workplace, and didn't feel like I had to EAT at every holiday function I attended. The result? I lost 7lbs between Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. I even bought two pairs of jeans one size smaller off the rack without even trying them on! Then I ate whatever i felt like 24, 25, and 26. Starting yesterday, I am back on MFP, tracking, and staying with my calorie guideline. I will eventually start exercising once it warms above freezing. I am not weighing until school starts back on the 7th so my body has time to adjust, but I am determined to make this work.0

I've maintained, thankfully. I have been pretty aware of what I've been eating, and knew that I would eat more on a couple of days, so I made sure to stay on track every other day.0

5lbs up (yesterday) over Christmas eve and Christmas Day. I know it's from too much sodium, not enough water, and dairy (I took Lactaid both nights so that I could enjoy the meal, and although I don't get a stomach ache when I take it, I get...uhhhh.."backed up")
so now that i'm back to my normal eating it should go back pretty quick, i was already back down 1lb this morning0 -
Well done!!0

Gained 5lb over the Christmas week. I don't think Christmas did nearly as much damage as Apocalypse Eve -- five slices of pizza, two Jagerbomb, half a beer and an unknown amount of tequila and raspberry lemonade by the time I knocked out. Everything just kinda spiralled out of control from there. u//0//u0

5 pounds, but it left as quickly as it came and now I'm down a pound more than before- must have been mostly water from all the salty food.0
-
I gained 2.6lbs. back on track today though0
-

-
2 lb lost in Dec!0
-
didnt gain anything actually dropped a few lbs. that splurge of food was the shock the system needed0
-
I gained 3 pounds. It could have been worse, and I am back on track today! It's my Right Now Resolution!0
-
Up 4, but like many others I think its just water. Back down 1.5 yesterday, another 1 today.0
-
Up 3 lbs...diet mostly consisted of sugar! Time to move on & get on-track.0
-
I've gained 2 stinking pounds.......plus I am retaining water...PMS!0
-
I've gained about 7 pounds since the 1st of the month.0
-
About 15 lbs in about week. I'm a little shocked even though I shouldn't be with all the junk food I ate and the alcohol I drank. Oh well, back to square one. I started getting back on track a couple days ago but slipped. Today was a better day.0
-
Only 2-4 lbs, which isn't so bad0
-
i gained about 10lbs (over about 3 weeks of total splurging and little exercise). i'm already back down 5.5lbs, so total gain at present of 4.5lbs. i'll take that!0
-
I don't know how it happened but I went into the holiday week (21-28) weighing 174-ish and am down to 168. I've felt as though I've eaten a lot of fatty and sugary things (we made a bunch of candy on the 20th or 21st) but somehow the number just keeps going down0
-
Stayed the same, bar a 1cm loss in my waist. WTF?
I knew it would happen but secretly hoped Santa would do me a solid and take some extra for Xmas.0 -
Lost 20 LBS!!! From Thanksgiving to Christmas! I ate what I wanted too, just in smaller portions0
-
Don't know yet but with all that I've been eating, I wouldn't be surprised if its5 or more. Promised myself I wouldntstress it thought, so I refuse to, I know I'll be back on track when I return to my regularly scheduled life in a few days.0
