It makes a great nonfat protein rich ranch dip. I use 1 cup plain greek yogurt plus 1/2 packet hidden valley powder, some chopped chives and a shake or 2 of Mrs. Dash. I like vanilla with 1 T PB2 powder added. If you don't have PB2, use 1 T peanut butter. It really is tasty!! :happy:

You could shave about 135 calories if you substituted sweetener for the sugar. I really like baking with Stevia in the Raw.

I recently bought this product to put into my protein shakes. I love it!! Haven't used it for anything else, tho. I think it would be good in vanilla yogurt. And oatmeal sounds delish!!
