Hi! I'm Judi M. from Independence, MO. I've tried every diet there is!! Now I'm tracking my foods here and loosely following South Beach Diet (cause its what I know). I have lost 29 pounds so far and need to lose about another 85 lbs. Anyone out there want to be friends, I'm game!! Thanks for the participation.
