you can add calories burned that aren't on a list anywhere? how? and how would you know how many calories "lite, or vigorous" would be? lol so that you can deduct them?

when i first started this site, just after new year, i had tacked losing weight and quitting smoking as well. the snack attacks were very hard for me. and my weight went up and down the first two weeks, cause i figured having a snack was better than giving into a cigarette. i'm proud to say as of today, i'm 29 days…

the portion control thing has really been a wake up call. i am sticking to recommended portions and still feeling hungry when i finish the portion....but.... i'm doing the 20 minute trick and it works!!! i'm waiting 20 minutes after i eat the correct portion, figuring if i still feel hungry at that time, i'll eat more. but…
