lean cuisine
just wondering how many people have used and stuck to a lean cuisine diet, and lost weight. over the weekend, i shopped and they were on sale, so i bought several of them. i just ate my first one, and they are really good. too good i think. are there some hidden tricks in them? lol. terri

the 20 minute trick...
the portion control thing has really been a wake up call. i am sticking to recommended portions and still feeling hungry when i finish the portion....but.... i'm doing the 20 minute trick and it works!!! i'm waiting 20 minutes after i eat the correct portion, figuring if i still feel hungry at that time, i'll eat more. but…

i can't find a food in the list of foods they give? today i brought a whole grain, lean pocket for lunch. i know it's 260 calories, per the box....but there is no listing for it. ???:huh: terri

was just wondering if anyone caught the show yesterday. she had bob greene on, and it's so encouraging to see some of the success stories she brought on. i feel like i'm on board for the challenge...lol.
