i wake up at 6am. i make myself a bottle water with crystal light energy. walk my kids to the bus, walk my dogs around the block, pop in my insanity dvd and guzzle 2 bottles of water (4 cups), shower then eat!! this ends up being around 9:00. it works for me. and since i eat 6 meals a day i will then eat again around 11am.

i have lower bmi than 81% of the females in my own country usa! globally my bmi is lower than 51%. and im most like someone from myanmar. never even heard of it, lol.

try to do 6 meals a day, at 200/300 calories each. might be easy if you do 2 to 3 of those as protein shakes. thats what i do!! i have one first thing when i wake up and one before bed (helps muscles repair while you sleep)!

yes in fact i drink 2 a day, one first thing when i wake up like an hour before i workout, then one like one around 8:30 at night when those night cravings kick in and i want something a little sweet... keeps me from those midnight munchies....

so today was day 4 for me. cardio recovery how should i track this? ive been tracking the other days as general aerobics, but i feel this did not make me sweat like the other days so its definately lower burn??? how are you guys tracking these workouts???

i try not do, but there are days where i feel starved and ill eat back not more than half the exercise calories...and if i do eat them back, i make them count, lo fat hi protein

yesterday i did day two and also felt starving, so i added an extra big protein rich salad in that day that i had not initially planned on eating. and i made sure my first meal today was a smoothie not just with protein powder but with peanut butter and oatmeal too! nice and filling....

i also felt frustrated, i take many water breaks! and cant do a single pushup, im on my knees! but i figure all that sweating and soreness means its working so ima keep going!

i just started yesterday! although i restarted it today cuz yesterday i forgot to take pics and mark things down! it kicked my butt for sure, i am so sore! and that was only the fit test! amped tho!

up the exercise. i recommend insanity workouts. each is about 30-45 minutes and you do one a day. you will drop weight like crazy. i just started and in 2 days lost 4 lbs.

do you drink protein shakes? something i find real filling is a smoothie made of a scoop of vanilla protein, tablespoon peanut butter, cup of lactaid, a small banana and icecubes...blended smoothly and put into one of those tall lidded cups with a straw. i sip at it slowly and it satisfies the craving to eat....

i had a bypass. rny. i have had a few minor issues, mostly resulting in having my gallbladder removed and having monthly shots of b12 and the occasional b1 shot and iron infusion.
