im new to mfp and Insanity!
i started the fit test yesterday and could hardly do anything, felt silly, but did indeed sweat like crazy. totally amped to do this program tho and plan on making today my official first day since yesterday i did not write anything down. took my before pics last night, and figured out my calorie needs. any good tips…

hi i would like friends who also have had bypass
would love to make friends especially with others who are at least a year out and mantaining or maybe facing regain. i had a small regain that scared me (135 to 153) and am workin to get back on track. its only been a week and ive gone down 7lbs to 146. ive cut out all pasta and rice cuz i was basically making myself sick…

do you modify anything??
i cant do a pushup for the life of me so i usually do knee pushups or just planks. i figure that will at least strengthen my arms.... also when i get tired like the 3rd go around with high knees its like impossible so i end up just jogging..... instead of completely giving up... and i cant figure out how that goes that…

im on day 2 and im liking how it really gets me sweating. however i cant do a pushup for the life of me. am i the only one? do you think it was ok for me to modify that part slightly? like im doing them on my knees ??? i need to build strength i guess.
