best heart rate moniter to buy?

i want to know which heart rate moniter is the best so i spend my money wisely!

    I have the polar FT4 and I love it. I'm not sure whether it's the best or not, but I have been very pleased with it so far.

    Love my Polar FT7. I actually don't know the difference between the FT4 and the FT7, but I always see recommendations for both.
