how tall are you? i used to be size 22 my heaviest was 253 im currently 144 size 9 smallest was 126 size 7. i did not look healthy at 126 tho, people actually asked me if i was sick! your doing great.. just wondering if 120 is a good weight for you!

i had a cup of pure 100% oj blended with a scoop of vanilla whey protein, a cup of water, and a banana. oh and ice cubes.... it was 263 calories and delicious

i half a half grapefruit almost everyday i put it in my protein shake. not sure if its helping or not but i heard it does and im having decent weightloss with everything im doing combined!

to me it tasted like watered down milk. and since i use it pretty much only in my protein shakes i cant tell the difference from the real milk i used to drink.

it depends but here in america i think in english my first language, if im among all spanish speaking people or especially out of the country in guatemala, i think in spanish cause ill have no use for the english.
