i use topcare whey protein (2 scoops) 1 cup greek yogurt 1.5 cups 2% milk 1 cup of frozen mixed berries comes out to 500 calories and 71g protein

i generally eat whatever i want (bacon egg and cheese sandwich is my fav breakfast) and i am under my calories on most days. i usually eat healthy and exercise a lot and have a physically demanding job so im sure that plays into the equation also. im sure i would have more success...well maybe faster results is a better…

dont worry about it, the protein settings are too low on mfp. i try to eat 150-180 on workout days and 100+ on non workout days

i have several curve and polo colognes, but my fav is VS very sexy for him. its also my girlfriends fav :)

i would leave my activity level as it is and only log my workouts. this is somewhat similar to my situation. i work on cars and do light exercises (push ups, sit ups, dips etc.) throughout the day. my activity level is set to active and i only log exercise when i go to the gym or play sports.

your BMR (basic metabolic rate) is how many calories you burn from daily activities. you should eat at or below your BMR and exercise to lose weight. you may also want to change your exercise to help fight your plateau

the thing i hate the most is when people dont wear workout clothes to the gym. why in Gods name would you want to exercise in blue jeans, with you shirt tucked in and wearing loafers?

i agree. being able to carry on a conversation while jogging means you are at a comfortable pace, which will allow you to continue your workout for a longer time
