  • I make mine with Plain yogurt vanilla extract a bit of juice or honey to sweeten Frozen fruit there is a few different mixes I buy frozen any is good one banana and if it's too thick for the blender I will add some skim milk too and then a table spoon of Organic golden flax meal it adds lots of fiber and Omegas in there.
