I take 100 mg a day, and it has helped me so much. I also think I sleep much better and it does have a calming effect.

My doctor told me to take them for my migraines. I went from about 2 a month to about 2 a year! I love them. No side effects for me.

If you don't have to eat 1200 to lose weight, I wouldn't do it. It's very hard to up calories from there and maintenance will be a killer.

I save the calories that I don't eat every day (usually 500 calories a week) and then eat them or not depending on my hunger. It's been working for me.

I put a 60 calorie sugar free jello pudding cup in the freezer for about 3 and a half to 4 hours and it was so delicious I almost fell off the sofa! Like fudgy ice cream!

I have a jar of pickles that says serving size: 2/3 pickle. Whaaa???

I literally had to treat myself like a kid with this problem because it was so hard to get out of the binge mentality. I told myself 30 days without binges and I get to spend $20 on something frivolous. Ridiculous I know, but it worked. The longer you go without binging the easier it is.

I save all the calories that I don't eat on the weekdays for extra on the weekends, and it's been working great and I don't feel like a dieting deprived head case :)

Awesome! Good for you! I started 6 years ago. Went from 206 down to 110 and have kept it off. I've been overweight since I was 6 years old. You can do it! You just have to keep trying and never give up :)

I just had french fries the other day. Made in the microwave, 45 shoestring fries was 140 calories. Pretty good :)

I get terrible bloating from diet soda, any artificial sweeteners and sodium, if I stay away from those I am good...of course that's easier said then done :)

I am disappointed with these responses. This lady expressed her faith without pushing her beliefs on anyone else. Why do you feel you need to respond just because you don't agree? Where is the tolerance? You don't have to agree with someone's beliefs to respect them as human beings.

I just use red wine vinegar. I really like it and it doesn't contain sodium :)

The quickest way to abs for me was pullups.

I get bags of salad. Just the regular kind with radish and little carrots in them. I just eat it right out of the bag like it's a bag of chips.

I think it's harder because your weight fluctuates so much. There is no excitement of seeing the scale going down every week. It just seems like such a battle with the scale. Plus I haven't upped calories, I just stopped losing.

I have an Ecig and I LOVE it! Haven't had a real smoke in over a year. You can do it! :)
