Any kind really. I like classics, regular fiction, historical fiction, thrillers, and biographies. The only thing I'm not really into is science fiction and fantasy.

Designer Whey Protein Powder is 100 calories and 18g Protein. I get the Gourmet Chocolate flavor and mix with peppermint tea instead of milk. It's really good and makes my stomach stop screaming for food :)

Finding clothes that fit is my main issue. Petite is 5 foot 4...so what does that make me at 5 foot 1...? Does that mean I have some sort of medical condition? On the flip side we seldom bump our heads and can stretch out in the bathtub, car, and sofa with ease :)

Not really a milkshake but delicious... I make 2 cold green teas and mix it with one scoop of designer whey (100 calories) (Gourmet Chocolate Flavor is great) I add some more water and stevia and make it into probably a 20 oz shake. It's really good and lots of protein to keep you full or take the edge off.

I pop kernels in a brown paper bag in the microwave, spray it with vinegar and sprinkle with salt or salt substitute. That's as low calorie as I can get it and it's pretty good :)

I pretty much only eat the same few foods. Oatmeal, yogurt, almond milk, apples, eggs beaters, veggies, low fat cheese, popcorn, and pumpkin puree every day. I know it sucks! There are like 900 calories in one bottle. I always buy it thinking I will count out my sprays and be responsible. I could never figure out how to get the seasonings to stick without butter or oil and the calories in PAM are outrageous! Now I spray it with lemon juice to get the seasonings to stick. I love it!

I make individual pieces with 1/2 cup pumpkin and 1/4 cup egg whites. It's pretty good! Throw in 2 tablespoons of special dark cocoa powder and it takes like chocolate cake! (I also put stevia and vanilla extract in mine)

I was having lots of migraines and my doc told me to try 100 mg of 5HTP (over the counter vitamin) the migraines stopped. One of the side effects of 5HTP is decrease in appetite too. And it worked for me.

Mrs. Dash has a ton of different sodium free spice mixes that are really good. I also love dill weed so I usually just put that on my veggies. But garlic, onion powder or onion flakes all delicious :)

I know it sounds silly but try telling yourself everyday that you don't binge eat anymore. It has helped me more then I can tell you. Feelings become thoughts which become actions. Try to change your thoughts about yourself, your feelings will start to align and your actions will follow.

I mix pure pumpkin in mine or cereal with almond milk and cinnamon. Special K Red Berries is amazing. The flakes soak in the milk when you let it sit and it gets a lot bigger. Very filling and yummy.

I used to just slice apples and bake them at 350 for 45 min until I realized that I couldn't stop eating them lol I had to put a leash on that! Mmmm sooo yummy!

Everyone has different opinions on that kind of thing. The important thing is what you think about yourself. You look great! There are a lot of people out there who would want a body like yours. If you want to change it then do it for yourself and not because of what anyone else thinks. Be happy :)
