    I agree with the vitatop muffin tops!!! 100 calories, filling, plus help if you are craving cake or muffins!! they actually do taste great! I like the chocolate ones or banana chocolate chip ones best. I get them at target for $4 a box sometimes they are on sale for 3.50. they are also a good size for 100 cals!

    Winks sugar free jello - 5 calories each - 94% fat free popcorn - it's 15 cal per cup but loaded with sodium - drinks lots of water

    Almonds are filling; just measure/count them to make sure you don't overdo it. If you like protein bars, Clif makes a snack size that's 10g protein and less than 150 calories. Greek yogurt. Smartfood Delight popcorn (or other light/airpopped popcorn).

    My go to's include:

    Dannon light & fit greek yogurt- a yummy 80 calories
    Mix Libby's Pure Pumpkin (40 cal 1/2 cup) with low cal yogurt and cinnamon- yum
    1/4 cup oatmeal (75 cal) 1/3 cup almond milk (10 cal) 1 yogurt (80 cal) Let sit overnight in fridge. Super yum.
    Baked apple with cinnamon (55-110 calories)
    Egg white omelet with spinach (50-100 calories)
