I love pumpkin and have a can of it its still good, dont know what to do with it, Im okay with it being savory or sweet.

whatever it is it needs to be under 200 calories in total an example 3 cookies that eqaul 140 or so,or cake that is 100 cals a serving and Im talking a serving not a tiny pice that Ill want more after.

Im strict on my calorie intake because I only have so many a day and I want them to be worth it and fit in as much variety as possible.

This works great with gluten free yellow cake mix as well. Just add allspice and Cinnamon to taste.

this is my fav and it's HUGE! kind of involved though.
    Make overnight oats
    (1/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal,
    1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk,
    1 stevia packet, and
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt) min comes out to 115 calories.

Then the next day I put 1/2 or 3/4 cup of pure pumpkin in mix it up add more almond milk until it's the consistency I like. It's 151 or 175 depending on how much pumpkin you like. I eat it cold. I add cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. I eat it every night for dinner. It's soooo delish!

    I also make a 65 calorie custard.
    1/2 cup pure pumpkin
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    cinnamon,
    pumpkin pie spice
    sweetener
Microwave for a few min. Yum & filling.

I do this but make muffins. I haven't used the chocolate chips before, and I usually add in a little extra all spice.

It works with any flavour of cake mix, though. Yummy muffins. MMMMMMMMM.

Not sure if you've seen teh 3-2-1 cake. I've been making mine with pumpkin instead of water and it's a bit richer and yummier.
