I am 5"4'. and a total apple shape. I weigh 185 and I am wearing very loose 12's. I have a couple of 10's that fit....all because of my shape...I carry most of my weight high...my butt and my legs are great....the rest of me, eh. LOL

True, there are ways to get good calories....but most of those are so high in fat. Like almonds, etc...then if I eat those I am over on my fat intake for the day. FML. LOL

I don't do bread....but I go to Subway often and get a salad....lettuce, all the veggies, and then either turkey or tuna. Yum :)
