I have a problem with the nausea as well....especially if I am doing intense cardio. What I have found works the best for me is to have a protein shake about an hour and a half before my workout (maybe add a banana if it fits into my macros) But that is it. you should go to the doctor to rule out hypoglycemia or any other low blood sugar problems.....The suggestions are great for bringing your level back up, but it is nothing to play around with...your body could be producing too much insulin. Also could be a vitamin deficiency of some sort. Better to be safe than sorry.

If I don't keep stuff at work that is "quick fix" then I will often resort to running out....which I don't need the sodium! Personally, I think going to the gym 2x a day is not necessary....switch off...you go at night and let him go in the morning...you can always do a video in the morning while he is at the gym. Compromise is so important...and this is really a no brainer :)

I think the opposite happens for me! I overindulged at a wedding last weekend...the next morning I weighed less.I figured I was dehydrated from all the alcohol. LOL It may also be what you drank?? But, regardless, that weight is not a fat gain overnight.... so rest assured, it will go away :)

If you take away my coffee with cream and sweet n low...well, you just don't want to do that. Now, I have cut back to one large a day (occasionally on the weekends, 2) I factor it in to my macros....it's all good. I have to have one vice, geez :)
