Well this is what I decided to do on here: I went to tools and found out my BMR, which is 1339 and set that as my calorie intake for each day, then I use the Food option to subtract each time I breastfeed or pump at work and it adds more calories for me to eat during the day. I have a question...should you do your BMR and see what that is and then add your BF calories to that? I have set on MFP to eat 1744 (1344 (BMR) + 400 calories (BF)) calories a day and I subtract BF from that by entering it in as a food. then I eat that back...is this right?
