I have discovered that I need to hold off breakfast for a longer period of time- and then I am not as hungry. If I eat at 5 AM I will be starving at 10 AM. But if I wait until 9 when I am already at work- I am fine. So strange, but I dont want to blow off breakfast altogether but I am better off waiting.

I have a cheap ( $40) one that is a wrist watch style and doesnt have the chest monitor. For me, it does the job fine. I have had it for about 4 months and I use it on my walk daily- it is also a pedometer . I like it because I can keep track of my heart rate ( finger touch) to see if I am burning more, it also tells my…

I love it also! I go to a class once a week and I have the wii zumba that I do at home. I do other exercises as well, but I really love Zumba. Glad it has worked for you and you enjoy it so much.:smile:
