Patience is the key to maintain losing and sustain the loss. Also, just looking at your picture you don't look like you have a lot to lose, so 1 lb per month probably isn't awful. If your MFP settings are one lb per week then you would be overating about 150 calories. That could easily be accounted for with mislogging.…

Cardio is designed to increase your heart rate to a zone that trains your heart. I'd be interested to see which one elevates your heart more. Some would have to do with how efficiently you are walking versus running. I think I would be able to run more efficiently at 5 mph. That is a very fast walk.

You look 10-20 years younger.

About 1.25 gallons. Water weighs 8.33 lb/gallon.

I'm current 5'9" and 172 lbs about 12-14% BF. I feel and look much better now than when I was at 180. I'd advise like SS said. Keep cutting until you get to goal BF then try bulking. I've been doing IF leangains style adding muscle and losing fat for quite some time so that is probably possible as well.

Retention on lean muscle mass is the primary reason as well as overall health, calorie burn, etc. However, you can gain muscle in caloric deficit as long as your protein is good especially if you are obese and new to lifting.

Cool season crops are impervious to frost. Lettuce, spinach, broccoli, etc.

Yoga can be very frustrating...that is fact

I didn't like minimus. I like altra zero drop and merrell. They make the best ones IMHO.

You are averaging about a pound a week. It is not a race. Try to be happy with your progress and continue on.

I would definitely recommend slowing down your loss. This will help make the loss more sustainable over the long term and will result in less loose skin and other problems later. I would recommend you begin walking and doing some body weight exercises to start building a fitness base.

During the first month I did additional running, but didn't during the second month. I came right out of it and ran a 21:30 5k which is pretty good for me.

They are digested then used or stored. They will be removed from storage later and oxidized assuming that he remains in caloric deficit in the future. You are over thinking the whole thing.

I have 4 young kids. I either get up early or they hang out with me while I workout. You should be able to get a 2 yo to leave you alone enough to workout.

I weigh in on Mondays which helps me stay disciplined on Sundays because I don't want to blow my weigh in. I also make Saturday my big exercise day. I don't know how your schedule works, but try to do some outdoors activities like hike, bike, etc to occupy your time with something other than food on the weekends.

I drink whole raw milk from a local farmer. Taste is amazing and none of us have died from it.

Don't think your face in the pic to the left looks drawn, so I wouldn't go try and gain weight. Also, how would you know if any of it would go back to your face. Might just end up somewhere else.
-
OP, please completely ignore this advice.

If you are sedentary then it is perfectly okay to eat below your BMR. At 2 lb / week loss you should just keep doing what you are doing.
-
You need to do resistance training. I would also use calipers to measure your fat. You undoubtedly have lost more fat than muscle.
-
Roger that!

Congrats on the 100 lb loss. I run a small trucking company and things are hard for drivers for sure. I recommend walking around the truckstop at night and try to bring as much of your own food as possible. Also look up overnight oats. You can make them in the truck because they don't need cooked. When I travel I do subway…

Looking killer.

You been at this two weeks. Just chill out a little. Real results take time.

My answer is yes, they are all sooo good. Sunflower is probably the best.

Ham omelet anyone?

If you do a simple search on the boards you will see this gets brought up all the time. Its dumb. Just eat in a moderate caloric deficit and you will lose.
-
You're probably okay, but hitting your macros should be a daily goal.
-
You'd be better off to eat whole foods.
-
This is also called the "military diet" and is completely ridiculous. Its been gone over again and again on these boards. I would love someone to tell me what "chemical breakdown" is and how this diet achieves it. Do yourself a favor and just eat better and stay in your caloric and macro targets.
