  • I find the more active I am the hungrier I am...after a really intense workout I sometimes can only go an hour after eating normal before being hungry again...I started drinking more green tea with a little honey.

  • I can lose 2 lbs a week when I am very good...but I like to enjoy myself too. Sooo sometimes I lose 2-3 lbs, then the next week I will not lose or even go up a pound....I try not to get stressed about it. Like I said, I do enjoy a snack or drink now & then. If I don't allow myself my cravings I end up binging instead.
