Aren't you girls hungry? Those eating at TDEE or responsibly below excluded. But no one should be eating 1000 - 1400 calories... few people would have BMR less then that!

If I didnt track, I would overeat fats, and be to scared to eat the quantity of carbs I currently eat, even though the changes on my composition have been sensational, I would just have no way to gauge it.

Not frowning on it by all means, fat loss is more ideal though, I see a lot of dumb on here regarding stupid "weight" loss schemes... most lifters on here will have the same goals, fat loss through muscle gain and expenditure.

A lot of people confuse boredom eating and emotional eating with actual physical hunger. Track what you eat, yes, but dont eat till you are given physical hunger signals, that is when your body is prepped for digesting thats when your bod;es leptin levels will respond most effieciently. Most effective way to embark on a weight loss plan...eat when your hungry and stop when your not. Hunger is different from cravings...rewarding hunger results in healthy leptin levels and fullness cues. 1 meal a day wont work if you spent the day starving!
