Moreover I dont look this lean. I was competing in these photos. But im just in a good offseason weight range. No abs, but plenty of muscle definition. But I guess in her mind, Im either 10% bf or overweight...lol

Im not carb cycling. I lower or increase my carb intake according depending whether im training or not. Im finding that is greatly improving my composition. And when I was working my way up to these calories I included refeeds once or twice a week.

I remember days when I used to cheat and treat myself...now I eat what I want...providing it meats my macro nutrient requirements. Sometimes it doesn.t....but I still would have gone 10 or 20g of a particular macro....which is no biggy. But isnt that the point of this site?
