Do exercise you like, try until you find something, do weights and core in a bitty camp with a friend. It is motivating to see the work outs and the calories you can and sound eat. Eat tonnes of fruit and vegetables. There is no way you won't be full. Don't forget the protein.

oh and run slower so you can go further. No harm in training to walk a pole to extend the distance and have a short term plan.

I love to run, but I agree do what you like. Join a run club and have it be a bit social. Having a running partner helps. Run a pole walk a telephone pole and make it longer every day when you start getting tired or frustrated. Take ice water. Read some running books to motivate yourself. Set a me goal. I found I do so much for everyone else, work, husband etc. I set my own goal, I did a cleanse, added this myfitnesspal to my food plan. I do run but set a goal to do a marathon. Well I have lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks. I eat fruit, vegetables, chicken and fish. I do not eat out as this elimates your control.…

Eat your favorite fruits, grapes and pineapple have alot of sugar. The calories may be slightly higher but it will satisfy your cravings. Make fruit salad, daily, you will miss it if you don't eat it. Really....

Take one day at a time. Walk an extra 30 minutes, doesn't have to be fast but it will give you 100 calories off your total. Skip just 100 calories of food.
