AAP said there is no minimum age for strength training. http://www.sectiononewrestling.com/strength_training_for_kids.pdf

Lady, you have visible abs.

Ditto bodyrock.tv or ZWOW (Zuzanna on youtube).

You can't get her to do or not do anything. It's her choice. Regarding the ripping shirts to shreds and growing dark hair, must be those steroids she is taking.

You don't need more than 100g. My goal is also 100g. So I think you are doing well with the protein. If you were losing weight with 1450-1600, I would eat that. It's not so much the BMR that I worry about. It's more about feeling satisfied and being able to stick to the calorie goal.

30lbs and 33lbs for the two pregnancies.

It's kind of counterintuitive, but I think you need to eat more calories and up the weights you are using for weight training. I am 5'3" and 108-110lbs. I've been this weight since high school, except for my pregnancies. I started MFP to get ride of the jiggle after my 2nd baby turned 19 months. I haven't lost any weight…

Definitely not chubby. Average sized girl.

I am happy with my stomach. Our belly skin was stretched way out, so it lost elasticity. I had accepted that there will be sagging of the skin when I am sitting and bending over. The sagginess had decreased over time, but I don't think it will ever be gone 100%.

I did negatives. I tried chair pull ups, but I felt like I used too much of my leg.

Full time working mom with 2 kids (4 and 2.5). I work out at home while DH watches the kids. We alternate days for after work and night time workouts.

First one in the 2nd row. You look glamorous.
-
I did negatives.
-
Right on. I eat every single one of those calories back.
-
Great post.
-
MariaMariaM - You look fantastic.

You don't really have weight or body fat to lose at 127lbs and 20% bf. If you are still not happy with your body, then strength train to add definition and recomposition your body.

Agree with everyone who said to up your calories, add weight training and cut down on cardio.
-
5'3" and 108lbs. Net calorie goal is set at 1600, but I am almost always above that. It doesn't affect my weight.

I found this blog post when I was googling for ways to increase my pull up counts. http://physicalliving.com/kipping-pullups-vs-deadhang-pullups-where-do-we-draw-the-line-between-strict-deadhang-pullups-and-kipping-pullups/

My guess would be 22%, fitness range.
