  • How many calories? I am suppose to eat 1200 or less. Do you smoke? When I smoked, I use to say that too. The smoking stopped me from eating whole meals, which made my metabolism go down to nothing and I could not lose any weight. Drink a breakfast smoothy or eat a yougart at least for breakfast.
