I'm not sure how to log this, I had 32 ounces of Chiobani Plain on Monday, I've logged a cup (8oz) a day every day this week (eyeballing a cup), so I should have run out of Chiobani yesterday. I have gotten to the end of the week with a cup still in the container. So, am I eating Chobani for free today?

Basically, yeah. You have been eyeballing a slightly small cup and "over-logging" it. So what's left in the container has already been logged.

Or you can choose to log it this morning and slightly increase your deficit for the week in total. Your call.

    Your diary, your rules.

I would log, but that's cause I am weird. You could go back and fix your entries, but yea, I think it would all even out if you didn't actually log it for today.

But, it's technically already logged a little on Monday, a little on Tuesday, a little on Wednesday, a little on Thursday. I could go back and adjust the rest of the week down, but I guess I'm trying to figure out if it really matters, if I don't log it today it comes out as a wash by the end of the week.
  • There are only 4 (8 oz) cups in 32 ounces. (8x4=32)

so... if you had 8 oz each day, you would have run out by the end of day 4.

It comes out as a wash. Don't worry about it. You ate your four cups over 5 days, so you underate by about 30 calories a day for the last four days. Now you can enjoy the 120 calories you've accidentally "saved up", or you can apply them toward slightly faster weight loss and lose an additional 0.03 pounds.

You get to decide which way you want to go.

Personally, if sticking with your calories has worked for you, I'd just take these 120 as an earned freebie and call it good. Your body doesn't work on a strict 24-hour clock, so just make the week come out accurately and you're good. But that's me - you can decide which way you want to go for yourself.
