Just finished 14 weeks. Alpha, Beta, Gamma. Lost 27 pounds. Incredible program. I'm happy with my after pic: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/47750093/new_before.jpg I've got more to lose, so I'm starting over but this time doing Beta / Gamma only. I'd welcome any new T25 friends...feel free to add me.

P90X and Insanity grad here with a new baby in the house and very little time in my schedule...T25 is exactly what I needed. I started with the challenge group on 8/5 and plan on doing A/B/G and I'm following the nutrition guide to the letter. The workouts are like cramming 48 minutes of insanity into 25 minutes. Love…

And while we travel to different parts of the country to meet with clients about every 8 weeks (with our…

When you are running lower your shoulder and aim for their chest...you should sustain minimal damage and you'll knock them square off their bikes...give them the obligatory "YOU HIT ME!" and continue on your way. I am both a runner and a cyclist. I approve this tactic.

Welcome. I lived in MA for most of my life...western part of the state...Palmer. I split my time now between there and my home in Florida...my business has offices in each location so I can go wherever the weather is nicer... Log every day...you'll see results. Go Pats.
