P90X - Yoga X (this is if you have 90 MINUTES!) - it isn't "laying around" yoga, that's for sure.

    Power Yoga by Brian something.

Find a yoga dvd thats for flexibility.

Or just put your head between your legs. ALL THE WAY.

Honestly the 2 best videos I've done for a good deep stretch and flexibility have been:

    p90x - Yoga X
    Turbofire - Stretch 40

I'm sure you can search just for yoga for deep stretching/flexibility. It'll all work on your flexiblity and strength, I just prefer a really deep stretch, the kind thats almost painful but hurts so good.

I personally like yogaglo.com. They offer a variety of teachers and styles (some particularly geared for athletes) and are BY FAR the best that I have come across. Better than any DVD. BUT, I am picky... :)

*They also offer two weeks free, with no credit card to register. So you can always try it before committing to anything*

I've had great success with the YogaWorks DVD's and Rodney Yee's Power Yoga. I also like Cameron Shayne's Budokon videos.

Do you have NetFlix. I often try videos out that way first to see if some are better than others. I prefer TaiCheng another Beachbody program for flexibility. I was doing Tai Chi with a group but I needed something better for my schedule.

I just picked up Jillian Michaels's Yoga Meltdown, and it's pretty good. I do both workouts (there are two 30-minute workouts, the first is easy, the second a bit harder) in an hour, and, for me, it makes my muscles more flexible and warmer than the other yoga practices I do when I'm finished.
