Rice milk tastes best, but too much sugar and calories. I recently tried the new Almond Breeze mix of Almondmilk and Coconutmilk. It's my new favorite!

MFP set me at 1200 calories to lose 1 lb a week, BUT it gives you calories back if you exercise. SO I really end up getting about 1400 to 1500 a day. I can usually hit these goals and don't really have a problem. I eat pretty healthy though, so I can eat more food that way. I have seen some people say they don't eat back…

Thanks for the advice. I do have one day for weights only and two days run only, so I will keep the days I do both weights first!

I have been trying to drink more green tea. I like black tea in the morning but I want to drink 3 more cups throughout the day. My problem is I worry about the caffeine. I know it has less than black tea or coffee, but still if you have it for dinner, does it effect your sleep??

I eat whatever I want as long as I stay within calorie goals. Of course I tend to eat healthier because frankly, you can just eat a whole lot more of that kind of food.
