Not sure how to use it as a C25K trainer. I heard all the chatter from the poor schmuck radio operator in the town, and I heard myself 'picking up stuff' but I never got a prompt to run, or to walk like I do with the Zen labs C25K app - which I had to switch over to for W1D1. :( Am I missing something?

I too review my weekly average. I do just like you described. If I am over one day I go a little lower on the next few. I try to go into the weekends running under on my average so if life happens on the weekend it's not a problem.
