I use different weights for different exercises!! So just use whatever is most comfortable for you :) Your body will tell you!

Thanks! Yeah I think they overestimate a lot as well. I did input my weight into the machine and I have my weight on MFP so I would "hope" that it is close to accurate but I sometimes just find that they overestimate too much. I'm just getting back into it too! I'm 27 and I just got engaged so I really have a goal now! I'm also tired of always being tired and not feeling like I'm healthy. I remember when I wanted to lose 20 lbs by my 20th birthday and now it's 7 years later and I've actually gained close to 40 lbs :( Here's to us!

Yeah safety glasses wouldn't be a bad idea! I thought it was kind of interesting advice, but it's my eyes so I'm willing to try anything to make sure that my healing goes as smoothly as possible! Guess I'll invest in some warm gear to start wearing to walk/jog outside!

I totally agree! When I get out of a "decade" of weight, It's the best!! I'm hoping to be in the 170's for the next time I see my boyfriend, for Valentine's! I like using sizes too, but they can vary so much! I have old jeans that I can't fit into anymore, I use those. Good luck!! :D :D
