That's still too broad, do you know how your going to substitute to get all your macros and caloric intake? Other than that good luck, I'd be willing to try it but seems too difficult and complicated in terms of meal planning and avoiding "non-vegan foods"

Low self esteem is definitely enough a reason to seek help. But there is also nothing wrong with corrective surgery. Just try to find one thing a day that you find that you are proud of yourself Ex: I'm sure you're nice, and loving (you have animals that you care for) You are working hard to improve yourself I don't know…

Interesting, sounds like a lot of people prefer the "energy" inducers (caffeine etc) over the fat burners but I gues it helps to have energy to workout as well.

I keep them L shape to my side but try to keep my shoulders and hands unclenched, suck in your stomach for better back support

People who don't put back the equipment after using it. It's color coded for a reason people, so that you can throw it in the correct bin, also people who hog the machines/ weights

Very interesting, YES this is the type of things i'm looking for also, will look into supplements, like green tea and ketones
