  • I think newbies are better off to leave those foods alone, I am afraid to get cravings for more, and perhaps a seasoned paleo/primal can handle it better once in a while........after all, we are human and we have our pitfalls, correct me if I'm wrong.   • Yeah.....it''s been a week, and I had my up and downs but I'm still here, and I'm glad to see everyone else posting.
  • I just want to add one more thing...why do diets fail? Because we restrict our food intake, with paleo I don't think you have to if you eat the right things.....correct me if I'm wrong please.
  • Yes I agree, I tried to eat lightly with fruits, so many things ingrained into you over the years on how you should eat and how you shouldn't eat even for me it's still a learning experience, my start was dropping wheat and sugar, then I tried to do IF with only eating fruits till supper, so tomorrow I will adjust again…

  • at the moment it is 7.7 but still really good....after eating watermelon. which is pretty high on the sugar side(carb)

  • it has been almost 24 hours......and I still feel crappy and bloated, and I drank a lot of water today and ate lightly
