I stopped doing Bulletproof Coffee, before it always put me over in Calories, and I guess that is why I am confused, because I have been told a Calorie is a Calorie and they do matter, but today I was also told that my Sodium Content is to high....so with that said, I will up my Fat intake again and I'll be more careful…

I've been doing pretty much every morning I will have my bulletproof and then nothing till about 1 sometimes 2....but my problem is when Evening hits, then I eat to much and always have the urge to snack, so now I'm doing a 2 day fast eat 5, but of course my meals are more paleo then primal.

Don't forget with all the changes and eating pretty much clean it takes 2 years for the body to heal itself.......so changes will happen but it won't be overnight, stick with it, your doing wonderful

My downfall is fruit....so I learned to just stay away from it, I kept it down to one fruit a day, but now that I am doing whole 30, I don't eat fruit, and I have no cravings whatsoever. I am only on day 4 mind you, so I hope I don't get sugar cravings.

Did your Doctor give you a print out of your results? not sure if I read everything right......the dates are the same and you said newest first, or am I totally reading it wrong
