I lost 5 lbs on the 30 DS and 5 lbs on Ripped. But like everyone is saying the difference really is in the inches. Unbelievable transformation if you stick with it. I will continue to do Jillian workouts, currently I'm on 6 week 6 pack!!

I too feel like there is not enough time in the day, but once I decided that I have to take care of myself first, it just all fit in. Try the Jillian Michael's DVDs like the 30 day shred or Ripped in 30. 20 to 30 minutes is all it takes. I do alot of mine pretty late at night, but I get it in and feel so much better after.…

I have a cold and didn't feel like working out last night, but I DID WORKOUT!!! And today my cold feels better!! Very proud of myself!

Are you drinking lots water?? Water seems to be the key for me, 8 glasses of water a day at least.
