  • The weather is killing me! It never seems to stop raining. And why is it still so COLD! Seriously! Very hard to feel motivated in this weather! I've just gotten to the point that if I keep waiting for the weather to improve I am goin to get nowhere!

  • I have done exactly the same thing, except I've been bad for about 5 days:drinker: . Yikes. But, I needed it and don't feel particularly guilty. This morning I went to the gym and now back to healthy eating and feel a bit more inspired. Remember - it's a marathon, not a sprint.
  • When I first moved to London I drank loads and found beer. I stopped for a month to save money - lost a dress size! However, now I drink rarely so not as worthwhile giving up. Everything in moderation!
  • For every kilogram I lose I put £10 into a kitty. I will use it to buy some new clothes when I reach my goal weight.
