Intake less calories than you burn. Consistency is key, so keep at it. I find I do better without a cheat day. I tend to eat what I enjoy, "junk" included, but keeping my portions in control so I don't go over calorie allotment. Best of luck!

slice of ezekiel toast, PB w/ plain greek yogurt & some kind of berry. and coffee. lots of coffee. :happy: ETA: I eat when I get to work around 6:30 and I go to lunch around 1:00 so I usually have a small snack somewhere in between, but it keeps me full for the most part.

I found that having a "cheat day" is what made my weight loss unsuccessful. I could really undo a whole week's worth of hard work and planning in just one day. I tend to do better eating whatever sounds good to me on nearly a daily basis - I just make sure my portion size of that food/meal fits into my daily calorie range.…
