I don't have an ultimate goal weight yet. My first goal is 160 (from 182) and I'm almost there. My body does not look like I thought it would at 164 today. My next goal will probably be 145. Then go from there.

I know how you feel. I am a dental hygiene student and are sometimes in class from 8am-8pm. I used NDP and had been working out from last April til august when I started the hygiene program. Any time I drink I go way over. As you can see from my diary yesterday. I wasn't a big drinker but now I usually don't just hang out athome a drink beer I save it for times I'm going out and having fun then I don't consider it a waste.

I just finished week 3. The running is getting a lot harder but my body is getting more used to it. To me its mind over matter. Week 3 has 3 minutes of straight running and it's the worst 3 minutes of my life but if I can distract myself that long I feel great after. I'm running a 5k on June 1st... My first one so I know…
