I just did the first work out!

I'd suggest outside! Its a lot less boring. I found myself bored on the treadmill. The transition from being able to run a mile on the treadmill to going outside was not easy.

Vivofit syncs to MFP! I've had mine for about a month and LOVE it. I don't know too much about any of the fitbits, but here's why I love my vivofit. It is a watch. At any given time I can view time, date, steps I've taken, steps needed to goal, and cals burned, oh and miles walked. It will tweak your step goal daily as to…

I ran my first 5K last year in 40 minutes. This year I did a 5K in 37 minutes. I am by no means fast and by no means last! I have found that running with a bunch of people in a 5K is the only way I really improve my speed. When I run on my own and do a 5k, I don't see much improvement. The atmosphere of everyone there…

You look great. Wear it and rock it!

I ran a mile today for the first time since September and my HR was 192 at the highest and I too questioned whether I needed to stop or not because frankly it freaked me out! I was at like .9 miles and wanted to hit that mile mark so I kept going until 1 mile. I slowed down and then as my heart rate was dropping I felt a…

I had never ran before in my life until last year. I did the c2k5 program and ran a 5k last July. I have been slacking on running and am happy to be starting up again. I ran at the gym on the treadmill today but looking forward to the weather being more cooperative. Add me! :)

I lost 37 pounds last year. I've gained back 3-5 pounds in the past few months and am looking to lose 20 more!

I am disappointed to find out that it is not compatible with the H1 HRM. I have a Polar FT4 and HR1 HRM. I think this would definitely be a cool buy if I didn't have to get a new chest strap.

Thank you everyone :)

I'd say it took me about 7 months. (I've been stuck in a plateau since -.- ) I was eating around 1550 calories a day and exercising 2-3 days a week.
-
I'd like to see some responses to this as well. :)

I went all out for a week at an all inclusive resort. I gained two pounds, but lost it within 2 weeks of eating regularly.
-
I started on January first of last year and actually kept my resolution for once. I've logged every single day for the past 11 months except for the 7 days I was out of the country on vacation. Not all new years resolutioners fail. :)

Decemeber 2012. 182 lbs. September 2013. 146 lbs.

My loss has slowed up a lot from 4-5 lbs per month to about 2 pounds per month and MFP has also calculated me with eating less calories than before after I played with the settings a bit. My loss has slowed down partly because I am only exercising 1-2 days a week due to a busy schedule and sometimes I go over my 1440…

That's great! I wasn't smart enough to take measurements and I'm only 11 work outs in but I feel my body changing. I can't wait to see how I look and feel when I finish! Keep up the awesome work.

I want to be in on this.

I finally think I am up for this! I did 10 miles last week. I can definitely push myself a little more :)

All these progress photos are so inspiring. I had done 30ds for 5 or 6 days but kept missing days and got discouraged. Right now my work out routine has strictly been running and recently couch to 10k. I've been reading that I need to incorporate strength into my work outs too. I think I will start back at it. Maybe even…

I've only bought one pair of jeans in a smaller size since I started losing weight. I already have to wear a belt with them!
