Missing a day in 30 day shred

I am currently doing 30 day shred. I completed 4 days then missed a day. The next day I did it two times to make up for it. Then I missed another day yesterday because I was just extremely fatigued. Not sure if I should double up again to stay on track or just do one workout and continue on and keep trying my best not to miss a day. I know I saw some posts that when people missed a day they would totally start over.

Honestly, I think you answered your own question. After doubling up you were exhausted - obviously that's not something you can handle at the moment. Just take your day off and don't worry about it. Personally I don't agree with doing the same exercises 10 days in a row without rest, regardless of the fact that it's only a half hour or so session. All the folks I know who do weight training wouldn't dream of working the same muscles two days in a row. Nothing wrong with taking a day off now and then, especially if you're too tired or sore. Let your body rest and recover - that's just as important as doing the exercises in the first place. And if you don't want to take a full rest day, do something else like walk, bike or swim.

You aren't supposed to do it thirty days in a row anyway. That's a myth because of the title. When I completed it, I did the shred three days a week, light cardio twice a week, then two rest days. The point is that it is intended to be 30 total days, ten on each level.

    You're fine! :flowerforyou:
