I am in the same boat but my calories are set at 1490 to lose a pound a week. I just continued on from c25k to 10k and I'm burning 800+ per run. I had a huge dinner yesterday and still didn't get up over 1200. I made sure I had a huge dinner because on Tuesday I only ended up netting 800 including a big serving of ice…

This is six months of progress. I'd say four of the six months has strictly been running maybe an elliptical or two in there. 27 pounds down.

I'm going to an all inclusive resort in two weeks where I will not have internet access and will have access to any food or drink I could think of. I hope I know myself well enough to stay in maintenance as well during that week. Thankfully there is a fitness center at the resort so I can help create some sort of deficit.

Last week I realized my wedding rings come off my finger much more easily. Today I bought a dress in a size 12! The last dress I bought was a 16.

I am in dental hygiene school with one year left and feel the same way! This semester, I made working out a PRIORITY! I could have done better than I have been, but 12 hour days of class and clinical really made it hard.

I'm not. I was just curious! I went hiking on Tuesday and I ended up netting like 400 calories for the day and it got me thinking.

I am looking to lose about 50 pounds. I am 4 pounds away from my first goal of 160. I started at 182. I have been stuck at 165 for about a month and for the first time in a month I saw the scale move today to 164! DO NOT GIVE UP! It will happen, even if it takes a while. Don't let under 200 freak you out. Keep working hard!

I usually enter the items individually and also try to overestimate since restaurants generally have more calories in their meals.

My husband is Indian so we eat it quite often. There are quite a few dishes on mfp but um sure there's a million variations. Usually when we eat Indian I make a good estimate.

I am a dental hygiene student! I go to class 5 days a week 8-5 and once a month we have to go on a Saturday.. making time/energy for the gym is difficult.

I started by just jumping into it and running and I eventually ran a mile after about a month. However, I could not consistently run a mile. I've started c25k and have been making good progress on it! I am about to go to Week 4 Day 2 tonight.
