Maybe you could try this program. You could drag and drop your ingredients into the program to get the calorie counts and then add as a meal to MFP. It might be faster. I know no smoothie is always exactly the same making it hard to log it. Drag and drop might be faster. www.putastrawinit.com

My favorite soup in the VitaMix is the Tortilla Soup. You can pretty much put anything in it and it tastes good. I used to walk at our local agricultural college. Lots of hills, mountains and stairs. I love finding beauty on this campus. Some areas are very secluded so we did not venture that way often. What I do is measure and/or weigh my food the first time so I know what it looks like. Sometimes I use a specific jar each time so i get it close to the correct measurement.. When I prep food it works out great if you have to weigh/measure as you do it one time a week.

Thank you for sharing. These are the kinds of comments that help people on their journey. My mom always takes three french fries from my nephew. I told her three is a lot as is a bite of their candy bar or a drink of their soda. Yes, it all adds up.
