That is so awesome! You are motivation for me! I'm 5'3" and started at 181 and have a goal weight of 115 lbs with 66lbs to lose as well. We are one in the same and it's so nice to have someone to look to with the same stats as me. Thank you for posting! I'd love to friend you for motivation!

my boobs are a 38DD, nursing and I wear 3 sports bras. 2 small ones that are a C or D cup and a nursing bra (looks like a sports bra) between the two. I find that they keep everything tucked in tight and minimize the bounce and giggle when I workout quite well.

I have to I agree it's a waste of time. I went and got grade b syrup from trader joes (like bottles b/c I was in it for the long haul), organic lemons for real juice and organic cheyenne pepper. I keep reading about PB2 on the forums and next time I go shopping I'm going to grab a jar and try it. Now I use either JIF or Skippy, usually right out of the 1 tablespoon spoon to keep on track. I'm a few ounces short, but I'm on day 1 of week 5.

Fortunately my husband works nights and leaves for work at 1pm. My 4 month old gets us up around 730-8, I get up get dressed and head to the garage to do my workout. Done in an hour, take a shower and all before my little one wants to eat again.

my spaghetti is 50g per serving which is 1.7 oz at 190 cal. i measure by oz not cups i find it to be a little more accurate. But if you dont have a digital scale it can be difficult.
