You're not likely to find a truly accurate body fat calc anywhere. Scale based are inaccurate (I call mine a weighed random number generator), and I couldn't see how caliper-based would be any better. I suggest using whatever ones you find that are close to true and averaging the results.

My base is 1200 calories and I have no problem eating three meals and two snacks. My diary is open if you want to look, but lately I've been over due to exercise. Take a look at May 3rd and 7th for ideas.

I have a Wahoo Blu HRM. Using the Wahoo or digifit app and manually enter calories into MFP. No big deal.

I try not to eat after 11pm (particularly carb or sugar heavy foods). I'm usually in bed & asleep between 1 & 2am. Wake at 7am 4 or 5 days of the week (other days, sleeping til 10am or noon).

I would love to see that happen in Florida. As long as the reusable bags are made out of canvas, burlap, or cloth, you can just throw them in the clothes washer every couple weeks. Unfortunately, all the reusable bags you can buy in stores down here are the nylon variety - just trading one type of plastic for another.

I was going to start that '30 Day Shred', but instead I used 'Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012' (yesterday spent the day rearranging furniture to support Kinect). YSFE2012 surprised me and gave me a great workout.

On my 360, Borderlands 2 - just finishing my Axton campaign and ready to start another. Still have Skyrim to finish (then DLC). On the PS3, FEAR 2 to finish, then back to Red Dead Redemption.
