Thirty or so minutes of weight training (biceps and back), followed by thirty minutes on the treadmill at 3-3.5 mph, with the incline on 9-10. I had planned to go longer on the treadmill, but I'm getting over a cold, and decided that was good for today.0

I started off by spending some time on the bike while reading some of my book and waiting until I could damper the woodstove down. Then I did day 8 level 3 of the 30DS.
( I have to get rid of the extra weight I put on over the holidays. I must say, I really enjoyed eating other peoples cooking though.)0 -

20 minutes (6.57 miles) on a cybex bike then 40 minutes arms /shoulders in the weight room followed by 100 crunched.0

30 minutes of cycling through the city. Legs hurt, but that was kinda the point :-)0

An hour of strength training with my trainer and the 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill0

My real workout was about 4.6 miles on the treadmill, and about 40 minutes of strength training DVDs (abs, buns, arms, stretch)! And, I was also much more active than a normal day off...moved decorations back to attic, vacuumed the sofa, changed sheets, washed/dried/folded/put away several heavy loads of laundry (bedding, blankets, etc.), cleaned out the fridge, etc.0

I was going to start that '30 Day Shred', but instead I used 'Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012' (yesterday spent the day rearranging furniture to support Kinect). YSFE2012 surprised me and gave me a great workout.0

Walked the mutts for 2 miles this morning and did c25k tonight -i am on week 6 day 3. I registered for a 5K race in March. I gained 3 lbs over the holidays and must get them off of me! Get off! Get off!!!0

My usual: walking 4.0mph on the treadmill for 30 minutes (while reading a new book on the Nook, The Hunger Games, Vol. 2. The time completely flew). What can I say, I know what I like and I like what I know...0

50 mile bike ride, the LBS calls it The Resolution Ride. A little cold, wet, and windy but a fun ride anyway.0
